Who am I?

I'm Alfie Miller-Sharp, a 21-year-old multi-instrumentalist and loop station technician with a bachelor's degree in Contemporary Music. I've been playing music my whole life and am constantly improving at playing the keyboard, bass, and singing. I'm passionate about creating groovy beats and soulful tunes that get the crowd singing and dancing. I have a deep love for funk, ballads, classic hits, and more, and my music is sure to uplift your event.

Formal Education

I graduated from Shearwater Steiner School with an HSC mark of 81 in Music class, and I have had the privilege of studying under Sharny Russel for several years, refining my piano skills. Additionally, I was taught to play violin by Laura Targett, and drums by Greg Sheehan.

Following that, I pursued a Bachelor of Contemporary Music at Southern Cross University. I have cultivated my skills and broadened my musical taste throughout the years. Every day, I am learning and improving, both with music and as a human being.

My Journey

My musical journey began at a young age. Like many other 3-year-olds, I played with toy cars and wore costumes. However, my main hobby was playing various musical instruments, like the tambourine, bongos, xylophone, and as I got a little older, the drum kit.

Over the years, I have picked up how to play other instruments, such as the violin, bass guitar, keyboards, and singing. Additionally, I have honed my skills as a loop station technician, allowing me to recreate many well-known songs (and ones I enjoy more lol) from scratch. I enjoy exploring different instruments and techniques, and I can't wait to share my musical creations with the world.
