Session Playing
Keyboard
I’m a versatile keyboard player specialising in funk, soul, R&B, blues, and ballads. With three years of study under Dylan Curnow and Sharny Russell and a flexible attitude, I’m happy to play in whatever genre you like.
My style is influenced by blues players like Jon Cleary, Gabe Dixon, and Billy Joel. At the same time, Vulfpeck and Stevie Wonder have inspired my funk playing. I can play classic tunes to get the crowd going or create fresh, modern sounds to fit your track. Whether you need rhythm keys or a standout solo, I’ll deliver the right vibe for your music.

Bass Guitar
As a bassist, I’m deeply rooted in funk, drawing heavy inspiration from the groove masters of Vulfpeck and Cory Wong. My playing ranges from high-energy lines of Dean Town and Beastly to smooth, simple grooves that sit in the pocket (like Scary Pockets’ version of Rocky Racoon). While funk is my passion, I am versatile across blues, soul, and rock. My bass playing can adapt to the song's needs, whether fast-paced funk, a walking bassline, or a steady, simple groove - I gotcha covered.

Singing (Tenor)
While bass and keyboards are my primary focus, I’m also a capable vocalist with a substantial tenor range. I’ve studied under renowned vocalists Parissa Bouas and Sharny Russell, giving me a solid technical foundation. My vocal style adapts well across various genres, from the soulful grit of Jon Cleary and Joe Cocker to the more precise tones of Vulfpeck’s Antwaun Stanley and Theo Katzman. Probably my favourite vocal contribution is crafting rich vocal landscapes with many parts, adding depth to a song.
